Company profile For our customers, a renowned manufacturing company in the Ludwigsburg area, we are looking for a dedicated payroll holder (m/w/d).

Tasks

Collection, care and control of personal master data and movement data

Preparation of monthly pay bills for the external pay billing system

Planting and care of holiday, illness and abnormalities

Examination of accounting documents (e.g. employment contracts, certificates)

Cooperation with external wage offices and tax firms

Support for monthly and annual personnel accounts

Creation of evaluations and reports for the personnel and financial departments

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in staff or wages

First professional experience in preparing wage accounting desirable

Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel)

Careful, structured and discrete operation

Teamability and a good sense of numbers
