Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)

As Senior Project Manager TGA, you are responsible for the project management of major projects (e.g. power plants, energy centers, data centers) in the field of technical building equipment.

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks: Together with their project team, you will develop large-scale TGA projects (new building/stock) primarily in the field of power plants, energy centers, data centers, etc. You are the first contact person for our customers in the project and take over the lead In addition to negotiating with customers and suppliers, the project team (special project managers, project engineers, system planners, construction managers, etc.) and bring the project together to success They estimate the project risks and monitor them You will also analyze critical project situations and initiate appropriate measures both economically, technically and in terms of safety at work In addition to the responsibility for contract management, you will ensure the technical handling, project implementation and commissioning of the plants up to the customer's acceptance

Your profile - you should bring: Studies of supply technology, electrical engineering or related areas - alternatively completed training in one of these areas with corresponding master/technician further education Multiannual professional experience in the management of large-scale projects in plant engineering / TGA or the construction industry (e.g. general contractors) Knowledge in handling common project management methods such as IPMA/GPM or PMI desirable Analytical skills combined with economic and strategic thinking and action Embossed planning and organizational skills and negotiation skills Safe handling of MS Office and MS Project as well as reliable knowledge of German and English driving licence of class B and the accompanying readiness to travel in the NRW region
