• You understand yourself as a problem solver:in this way you support our customers in IT support, among others with first solutions for various IT challenges.
• You provide valuable support locally for several customers of our system house.
• You take care of the handling and removal of malfunctions via phone, email or on site as part of the 1st/2nd level support.
• You have a good understanding in the areas of network, hardware and software.
• You work routiniert with ticket systems and bring very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed (information) technical training and first professional experience in onsite support
• Administration of Win10/Win11 and Office products, Microsoft certificates are desirable
• Experience in handling ticket systems and a basic understanding of ITIL processes
• Personally, we especially like your flexibility and enthusiasm for new topics and team skills.
• Class B driving licence

This is what awaits you at the IT system house Nuremberg/Würzburg: There are currently a good 300 colleagues working here: in both locations in Nuremberg and Würzburg. In Nuremberg about 190 colleagues are sitting: in an attractive location in the heart of the city and in Würzburg about 120 colleagues work: in the new business area Skyline Hill directly at the former Landesgartenschaugebiet. Our team consists of a mix of young and experienced employees who take care of the IT needs of our customers with a lot of commitment and passion - whether it be server/storage, network, modern workplace, IT Security, cloud services or other exciting topics related to digitalization.
