Ensuring the smooth running of the processes relating to the subject of source tax exemption/source tax refund including enrichment of the documents to supplement forms on the bank Interface between securities and tax service providers and internal banking sectors Contact persons for the business and specialist areas of ODDO BHF SE, the service providers on issues within the scope of the source tax process Processing of trustees Processing of precious metal shops Support for projects and initiation and cooperation of system-side, process optimizations Design and responsibility of process changes

Successfully completed training (e.g. bank clerk or similar vocational training with tax background) or also a comparable degree Good and fast understanding of processes Good English and German language skills, French skills desirable Team skills Flexibility, commitment and initiative Self-standing, precise operation with high problem-solving competence Safe handling of MS Office applications
