Civil Engineer - Industrial Construction in the Production Environment (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Saarlouis, we are looking for a civil engineer (m/w/d) at the next possible date.

Technical and conceptual planning and implementation of new, refurbishment and development measures (high and/or civil engineering) in the industrial and production environment Coordination of all project phases from the design phase to the approval phase including control of external specialist planners, construction companies and service providers Budget, timing and quality control of construction projects taking into account applicable standards, guidelines and safety regulations Creation and testing of tender documents, performance directories and award recommendations acceptance of the construction services as well as supervision of commissioning and documentation Maintenance and energy recovery of the existing buildings including Planning and implementation of various reconstruction projects

Complete study of civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in the planning and/or implementation of construction projects, ideally in the industrial environment Experience in project management as well as in cost and time management Knowledge of building and contract law (e.g. VOB, HOAI of advantage) Safe handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of common planning or project management software Structured, analytical and independent mode of operation as well as strong communication skills in German and English
