Group Account SSC Manager (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for our Shared Service Center Accounting across several international companies (including Germany, Switzerland, USA, Sweden). You will ensure the proper and timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and bring you into our IFRS reporting landscape in a perspective. You continue to build accounting processes, standardize them and develop them into a scalable, internationally harmonized structure. You implement and strengthen an effective internal control system (IKS) with a view to IPO readiness and modern governance requirements. You carry on and develop your accounting team, including team leadership, and promote Ownership, delegation and clear responsibilities. You work closely with our Group CFO, Controlling, Group Finance and international units. You coordinate external partners such as tax advisors and auditors in different countries. You accompany our ERP transformation (Microsoft Business Central) and take part in the further development of our reporting and consolidation processes (including LucaNet). You create a transparent and consistent accounting logic and discuss balance sheet issues together with controlling and management. You identify optimization potentials along the entire accounting value chain and implement suitable measures. You support tax-relevant topics such as sales tax and transfer pricing in coordinating role. You actively shape the further development of our finance organization and contribute to the further professionalization of the structures.

You have a successfully completed degree in business, economics or a comparable qualification – alternatively a well-founded further education (e.g. balance sheet book holder). You bring multi-year leadership experience in accounting – ideally in an internationally operating medium-sized company or group environment. You have very safe accounting skills according to HGB; IFRS knowledge is a plus. You have experience in building or developing centralized accounting units or Shared Service Center. You are familiar with Internal Control Systems (IKS) and you are ideally experiencing transformation and ERP projects. You bring strong process and structuring capabilities and a high affinity to digital solutions and systems. You understand business relationships and interfaces to controlling and operating areas. You are a modern leader: strong, clear in communication and able to lead teams through changes. You unite Hands‐on mentality with a strategic view. You have a high load capacity and willingness to stay at the location in Baden-Württemberg. You can communicate safely in German and English – orally as in writing.
