Honorary trainer for the rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification (ReZA) (m/f/d)

This includes: professional lessons from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® Application of various teaching methods for the teaching of our course ''Rehabilitation pedagogical supplementary qualification (ReZA)'' Preparation and design of teaching materials according to curriculum. Preparation and implementation of learning success controls. Availability on 10 - 30 consecutive days (all-day or half-day) / repeated operations very good knowledge of your teaching language German (C2 language level). As a trainer:in you shape learning processes in the rehabilitation pedagogical context and help participants to develop their professional role as trainers:in. You use basic rehabilitation pedagogical concepts and support the transfer of these contents into specific training situations.

Your profile is characterized by: You have a completed university degree in rehabilitation, special, professional or social pedagogy or a comparable relevant subject – or a relevant vocational training with additional rehabilitation education. You bring multi-year professional experience in occupational rehabilitation, especially in the training, accompaniment or qualification of people with disabilities or disadvantages. You have well-founded rehabilitation pedagogical expertise and a secure understanding of learning, development, motivation, health, resilience and performance in the educational context. You are able to carry out additional training qualifications for trainers in rehabilitation education: in a professionally well-founded, curriculum-based and practical way. You create interactive learning settings (e.g. trainer input, discussion, case work, project work) and promote reflection, learning transfer and sustainable skills development. You can train trainers: enable them to develop inclusive and barrier-free training and work processes taking into account heterogeneity, work protection, ergonomics and digital barriers. You have experience in accompaniment of practical and project work, in learning success controls and in the technical documentation of qualification processes. You reflect human images, values and ethical foundations in the Reha context and provide security in the professional role clarification of trainers:inside. You work responsibly, self-reflexively and with a clear rehabilitation pedagogical attitude – also in dealing with sensitive human and health issues. You appreciate the cooperation with different actors: inside the Reha system (e.g. Reha promoters, vocational schools, specialist services) and bring a structured, didactically sound working. You have experience in teaching, workshop, seminar or training formats, at best in digital space. You're sure to deal with common IT tools. You have pronounced methodological-didactic skills for target-group-oriented and practical design of learning processes. You have German knowledge on C2 level in word and writing.
