Support of the site management in the operational day-to-day business, including preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as presentations and reports Support of the telephone center, telephone and written customer contact as well as the organisation of incoming and outgoing mail independent processing of orders, invoices and tenders and professional correspondence Planning, booking and coordination of missions as well as organizing meetings, internal appointments, events and congresses Purchasing and managing drinks and office materials Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners and ensuring a smooth flow of information at the site

We are looking for an experienced specialist for the position of location assistance (m/w/d) that brings the following qualifications and skills: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable position Excellent organizational skills and structured working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications High communication skills and team spirit Discretion and reliability
