Project processing according to the performance images and phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI and the ''scopes of work' or 'statements of work' Creating plans, schemes, plan lists and 3D models with different CAD systems Application of the BIM method Collision tests with NavisWorks and subsequent collision cleaning Independent trade union coordination, and communication with external and internal partners Mass investigations with documentation Development of internal procedures and standards
