The CaritasKlinikum Saarbrücken with around 600 beds, 2,000 employees treats around 80,000 patients each year and is one of the largest health care providers in the Saarland. To further develop our site, we are currently implementing one of the largest hospital building projects in the region. In addition to a new building with an investment volume of around 100 million. Euros are further demanding construction, renovation and infrastructure measures.

Operational contractor representation in complex construction projects Project management according to §3 Performance picture Project management AHO 09 Control of external architects, specialist planners and project controllers Coordination of user requirements Participation in planning, tendering and realization Cost, appointment and quality control Control of supplementary and amending processes Preparation of decision templates for the clinic management Head of own construction and infrastructure projects

A completed study of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable subject Multiannual experience in project management of complex construction projects Ideal experience in healthcare or hospital building Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and project management Embossed communication and organizational capability Entrepreneurial thinking and a high sense of responsibility Negotiations
