For the largest location of CSL Behring we are currently looking for employees for our aseptic filling plants. In the area of partial production / filling, our products are filled with the highest hygiene standards and then passed on to our packaging area. From there, our products reach our patients.

Task

• Change of format on different machines for aseptic production (e.g. filling or Freeze-drying or flanging machines) and equipment with sterilized tools
• verification of technical installations and approval for use
• operation of simple and complex machine systems such as autoclaves, high-pressure cleaners, filling systems or freeze-drying systems
• Booking of batches in the particle measurement system and in the control software of complex systems
• Detection, evaluation and reporting of vulnerabilities/interferences in systems and cooperation in their elimination
• Conducting automated integrity testing, e.g. sterile filters, tank clamps or aseptic connector systems
• Sample pull according to requirements for filling and unloading of freeze-drying equipment
• Testing critical process parameters such as pressure and temperature throughout the production range, evaluation and commenting of alarms in the electronic system

Qualifications:

• i.d. completed 2-year vocational training, e.g. in the field of production chemistry or internal further education on the subject of biological production processes
• Pleasure to work in a state-of-the-art work environment
• Own initiative and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented working style
• readiness to work in a shift system, i.d.R. 3-shift or full-conti system as well as for holiday and weekend work
