Purchasing & Supplier Management: You are responsible for the purchase of food products and conduct independent price, condensation and annual discussions with regional and national suppliers. Cooperation with the EDEKA headquarters: You are regularly exchanged with the EDEKA headquarters in Hamburg and participate in specialist shopping meetings, by teams or on site in Hamburg. assortment and project work: You are actively involved in projects, especially in category management, in assortment optimizations, promotions and new introductions. Interface Management: In close cooperation with sales, marketing and disposition, you will ensure successful implementation of actions, marketing content and optimal product availability. Market and trend observation: You continuously analyze market and consumer trends in the food sector, identify new products and develop proactive proposals to further develop your product groups. Contact person: You are competent contact persons for internal and external partners in all technical questions concerning your product range.

Education: You have successfully completed a commercial training or an economic study. Experience: You ideally bring professional experience in purchasing or sales. Cross-comers are also welcome.
