Ensuring fault-free invoice and billing of customers from different channels

Creation and continuous development of reports for analysis and monitoring of processes

identifying, creating and monitoring financing solutions for customers; Process Owner for the financing process in the CRM system Salesforce.

Participation in sales projects focusing on digitization and process optimization

close cooperation with IT, controlling, marketing and order processing to ensure efficient process implementation

a successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business Informatics

existing relevant professional experience in the field of sales services, commercial processing or controlling

very good SAP ERP knowledge (particularly in the SD module SAP R/3 and ideally in S/4HANA) and MS Office knowledge (particularly Excel) supplemented by good experience values in SAP Business Warehouse and MS PowerBI

analytical skills and a high affinity for data analysis and reporting tools
