In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as an industrial system engineer (m/w/d) Airbus at the location 28199 Bremen as part of the transfer of employees. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Analysis of existing industrial systems and processes for identifying optimization and improvement potentials Implementation of feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness analyses for planned system and process changes Self-fulfilment of Lean Line Design (LLD/LDG) workshops and implementation of Lean Design Methodology (LDM) Performance of Value Stream Analysis, Optimization of Manufacturing Processes and Flow Management Control Use of project management tools such as PERT and GTV to control bottlenecks and Critical Path analyses Creation of Line Layouts and Workforce Sizing Concepts taking into account clock time, buffer, whitespace and manning density Coordination of external service providers and suppliers as well as ensuring compliance with quality, safety and business standards Working in interdisciplinary project teams to implement lean and optimization projects

Complete bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a technical degree programme Multiannual professional experience (min. 2-3 years) in manufacturing, process planning, quality management or project management Good knowledge of lean management and process optimization Experience in the application of project management methods and analysis tools Knowledge of SAP and first experience with Catia V5 Analytical thinkability as well as pronounced problem-solving competence Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods High team capacity and communication strength in the interdisciplinary environment German knowledge at least B2 as well as English knowledge
