To expand our finance team, we are looking for the next possible appointment for our headquarters in Troisdorf Specialist Controlling/Financial Planning & Analysis (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours/week)

Create, consolidate and analyze budgets and forecasts as well as support in the introduction of new planning models Close cooperation with the regional operational teams and the Group Controlling of our Swiss shareholder to improve the operational and strategic management of our business Support for ROI and profitability analyses and participation in business cases and strategic projects Regular deviation, ad hoc and trend analyses to identify opportunities and risks and derive action recommendations Compilation of analyses and reports for the operational teams and management as well as for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI as well as ensuring the quality, consistency and reliability of data Continuous optimization of our processes, tools and methods in controlling Designing our FP&A system landscape for the upcoming ERP migration

Complete studies of business management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling Multiannual experience in controlling or in a similar role as well as practical knowledge in financial modeling, budgeting or performance analyses Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally working with migration projects Safe handling of Excel and Power BI as well as experience with M365, data modeling, ELT processes and BI tools Ideally detectable first successes in the implementation or optimization of controlling structures or instruments Own initiative and pronounced hands-on mentality Communication strength in handling various departments and stakeholders German and English skills
