Due to the diversity of our educational, nursing and commercial skills, we offer around 1,300 people outpatient assistance and special living forms – personalized and socially adapted to the needs of our clients. The treffpunkt.pavillon is located in the heart of the lively district of Wilhelmsburg. The meeting place offers a wide range of possibilities for meeting. Meeting points are not to be understood as fixed places. They are rooms to enable encounters and contacts.

In addition to the planning and implementation of inclusive offers, the focus of activity is on working in networks and bodies of the district, advisory activities and cooperation with cooperation partners. Your duties

• They identify the needs and interests of visitors *inside and the district with the aim of developing tailor-made offers and promoting inclusion
• They promote encounter and social participation
• They provide important network, forum and quarterly work and represent the goal of inclusion
• You maintain contacts with cooperation partners
• You plan, design and perform offers of the meeting place in the district
• They provide advice on social issues or provide appropriate cooperation partners

Your profile Successful training as curative teacher in, educator in, curative teacher in (m/w/d) or comparable educational qualification, with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX)

• Feel free to use specialist knowledge, e.g. to support communication, mental illness
• Knowledge in the field of digital participation is desirable
