Product Manager (m/w/d) Laupheim, from now on, full time

You are responsible for the strategic development, support and control of product concepts and product reputations along the entire value chain. You control the further development of products in national and international food retailers and ensure their market-oriented positioning. You work closely with product development, sales, purchasing and quality assurance and drive projects efficiently. Market and competition analyses are used to identify trends and to address new product concepts as well as optimizations of the existing range. You accompany product relaunches, packaging adaptations and portfolio extensions from planning to implementation – including close coordination with production, e.g. for samples and technical tests on the line. You represent our company at trade fairs and industry events and use it for trend monitoring, market analysis and network care.

Education: Completed studies with a focus on marketing, business management, food management or a comparable qualification. Know-how: First professional experience in product management / marketing in the FMCG environment, project experience, good understanding of markets, trends and consumer needs, safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office, very good knowledge of German and English. A structured, independent way of working as well as communication strength and team spirit distinguish your way of working. You bring a feeling for customers, trends and innovations and connect it with real passion for our products.
