We are looking for our 28-headed team:n Director:in Payment Payment is becoming increasingly important due to the dynamic development in payment transactions, online banking and e-commerce in the fields of payment and support. With the establishment of the Sparkassen company customer portal, we will continue to offer further improvements in the digital product and service offer for our commercial customers. Overall, we see a growth market in the Payment segment, where we are the first partner in digital banking solutions in our region. Your tasks: Developing: You target impulses from DSGV projects, transform them to the needs of the savings bank and actively integrate them into your work. Guides: You take over the responsibility for your team and promote their professional development. You create a motivating, trusting team culture and provide open and value-adding communication. Responsibilities: You are involved in the implementation of change and transformation processes and are responsible for sales and support for our customers and employees. Support: You participate in individual projects and accompany the introduction of new products. Cooperations: You promote partnership with our commercial departments and advise them competently on all topics related to digital corporate banking solutions.
