Conception and design of communication media - from print products such as mailings, ads, flyers, brochures and event materials to digital formats such as social media sets, online banners or motions/animations Development and implementation of creative communication measures and cross-media marketing campaigns for national and international markets Design, development and modernization of brand appearances including participation in rebranding and brand refresh processes Consulting internal areas of expertise in design, brand application, media implementation and cross-channel communication solutions 2D/3D visualization: Retusche, Composings, Key Visuals and cross-channel optimization of the entire image world Creation of infographics, icons and illustrations for print, web and social media formats Development and maintenance of the corporate design as well as the construction and updating of templates and design systems for different media channels Project management and central contact for internal departments, international branches and external service providers such as printing companies, agencies and freelancers

A successfully completed study in the field of communication/graphic design or a training as a media designer (m/w/d) for digital and print media Multiannual professional experience in an agency, a company or comparable professional practice Safe handling of Adobe Creative Cloud as well as extensive experience with Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects; Basic knowledge of HTML Technical affinity and experience in creating digital media and in handling content management systems Designed creativity as well as an excellent sense of visual language and typography, high standards of aesthetics, quality and precision combined with the ability to conceptual thinking In-depth knowledge in project management as well as strong expertise in the application of AI tools to optimize and automate design processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages Organizational talent with structured, independent working and team spirit and strong communication skills
