Project manager for heating air-conditioning technology m/w/d Location: Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel Reference number: 2026-0590 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the employees in your object Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel deployment Ensuring the internal performance calculation of the assigned employees Responsibility for complex technical installations, if necessary Takeover of the operating manager function

Technical training as e.g. plant mechanic heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary / mechatronics for refrigeration / gas-water installer or a comparable qualification Continuing training for technicians / master or alternatively a technical study in the field of facility management / technical building equipment / utility technology Multiannual professional experience in the FM / TGA, associated with employee responsibility Good knowledge of MS Office / SAP would be desirable Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation German knowledge at least on Level C1
