Takeover of the overall technical and organisational responsibility for the administrative patient intake (elective and emergency intake) with around 30 employees. Responsibility for personnel development and management. Responsibility for service and failure planning as well as ensuring efficient personnel deployment. Ensure smooth, legally compliant and economical recording processes taking into account all relevant legal requirements. Analysis, control and continuous optimization of workflows and identification of potential improvement in close cooperation with adjacent areas (including billing, clinics). Central contact person for clinics and specialist departments in all matters of administrative patient intake; active support of treatment processes. Ensuring compliance with quality, data protection and compliance requirements as well as processing of special and complaint cases. Active cooperation in hospital-wide projects as well as constructive participation in cross-disciplinary solutions.

completed vocational training as a medical specialist, doctoral assistant, merchant*woman in health care, social insurance professional or comparable qualification with a commercial background; as an alternative to an economics study. Multiannual professional experience in the administrative patient reception of a hospital as well as thorough knowledge of the legal framework of the outpatient and stationary patient reception. Proven leadership experience of a larger team, in particular in service and deployment planning, combined with an esteeming, team-oriented leadership style. Very good oral and written expressability in German (min. C1) and reliable basic knowledge in English. Embossed service and patient orientation as well as the ability to be structured and sovereign even in stress situations. Safe handling of the current MS Office applications, user knowledge in SAP as a hospital information system are desirable.
