Management of the Payroll team: A total of 18 colleagues in different locations in Germany ensure a smooth billing of fees in SAP HCM Ensure: the execution of a proper pay bill incl. Process optimisation & Accompanying company, social security and pay tax audits Processing: tax- & social insurance law issues and implementation of annual accounts Advice from: executives and employees in all technical questions Exciting projects: Integration of new companies including payroll systems, further development of digital payroll processes and integration of new technologies

Education / Studies: Commercial training (industrial businessman / tax specialist), wage and salary book holder, account holder or business studies Multiannual professional experience: in payroll accounting and first management experience In-depth knowledge: wage tax and social security law, various collective agreements, experience with SAP HCM required In addition, you are enjoying the leadership of a team, are strong and sensitive, reliable and do not frighten your team during travel activities.
