Complete order processing of sea freight Import shipments Import customs clearance in compliance with country and customer-specific regulations Monitoring Disposition of FCL and LCL shipments Communication with customers, shippers and entrepreneurs Advice to customers via alternative modes of transport etc.

Complete training to/from the merchant for forwarding and logistics services First professional experience in the field of import processing A safe, binding occurrence and a pronounced service Routinized handling of MS-Office applications Careful and structured working and organisational skills Embossed communication skills, customer-oriented thinking and acting Teamability and high reliability Good knowledge of German in word and writing, knowledge of foreign languages
