You are responsible for the physical process (goods receipt, truck driver, commissioning or loading) and for compliance with the administrative requirements. You monitor the proper handling of employees with the technical resources used (stackers, speed runners). You are responsible for the operational management and operational planning of a warehouse team. You are responsible for quality and performance within the defined processes in the warehouse. You work in an operational manner, conduct inventory and guide team meetings as well as employee training.

You have completed vocational training - ideally for specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics or comparable. You ideally have professional experience in warehouse processing. You ideally have a driving licence for industrial trucks. You possess intercultural/integral competence and the ability to act cooperatively as well as unambiguous communication. You are characterized by team skills, commitment, flexibility and resilience.
