Specialist SCADA Data Connections / Process Control Technology (m/f/d)

As a contact person (w/m/d) in process control technology, you are responsible for the operation and monitoring of high-availability SCADA data connections to European transmission and distribution system operators and thus ensure 24/7 cross-border network stability In close cooperation with internal and external partners, you are responsible for the design and implementation of new process interfaces and control the entire change and release management You analyze data flows with professional monitoring tools, ensure the service quality and continuously develop the system landscape, so that we are well prepared for the future Your tasks include solving incidents (second levels) and maintaining technical system documentation Participation in changing call will also ensure the availability of critical infrastructure at any time and compliance with all relevant safety standards

You have successfully completed your studies in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable course of studies – alternatively you have an IT training with relevant professional experience in a professionally related position/as IT system administrator In the field of process control technology, you have profound practical experience with protocols such as IEC 60870‐5‐101/104 and TASE.2/ICCP. In addition, you have good knowledge of IP networks and transmission technology and have already gained first experience in dealing with measuring and analysis tools such as Fink, Wireshark or FNT‐Command, in particular in the analysis and documentation of complex system landscapes. A strong sense of security is just as good as your understanding of the special requirements of critical infrastructures.
