Your profile Multiannual experience in a HR leadership role with strategic and operational responsibility, ideally in the international corporate environment Deep understanding of modern HR concepts such as talent management, Employer Branding, Compensation and Benefits, and digital HR processes Experience in managing restructuring and M&A projects including Due diligence and communication Knowledge of labour law, collective bargaining and cooperation with employee representatives Ability to develop and implement skills and career development strategies German and English skills JOBV1_EN
