Project manager for the construction of a new office and production site (m/f/d)

Planning, control and monitoring of the new building project in the Berlin / Potsdam area Coordination of all project participants: builders, authorities, architects, expert planners, entrepreneurs Monitoring of dates, costs and quality Creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules and budgets Contract management Implementation of construction meetings, protocol management and reporting Risk management and conflict and solution management in the project Support for tenders, procurement processes and negotiations Responsibility for internal information from all employees on the progress of the project

Complete studies (engineering, industrial engineering, building or process engineering, facility / real estate management) or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician / master) At least 3 years of experience in controlling complex construction projects, ideally office building / production Experience in cost, time and quality management as well as in procurement procedures (LV, offer testing, price level) Communication and negotiation strength in cooperation with users, planners, authorities and external partners Organisational and problem-solving competence Experience in dealing with interdisciplinary teams and controlling internal / external resources Very good knowledge of German and English, safe handling of project management systems; BIM experience welcome Knowledge of relevant rules such as HOAI, AHO, VOB, BGB
