What's the point of action? In our stationary individual settings, children and young people live, who need a particularly intensive and individual support framework due to their personal situation. The care takes place in the residential areas of the BiZZ youth assistance and is organized as an individual 1:1-respect. This means that you accompany a child or a:n teenager:n in everyday life very close and reliable. You give structure, security and orientation, shape routines and help build stability and independence step by step. The young people are usually between 14 and 17 years old and have different experiences, burdens and support needs. That is why professionals need to act empathically, clearly, resiliently and professionally.

As a pedagogical specialist in our stationary ISE measures, you take a responsible role in the everyday life of the young person. Your tasks include: intensive educational support and support in the 1:1 setting Designing a safe, structured and reliable everyday life Building sustainable relationship and professional binding offers Support for everyday routines, nutrition, recreational design and life-structural requirements Promoting self-employment, self-responsibility and social development Accompanying within and outside the living spaces Implementation of individual aid targets educational support in crises, conflicts and challenging situations close cooperation with coordination, field management, youth office, school, therapist:inside and other departments Participation in help schedule discussions, case meetings, team meetings and supervisions Documentation of the assistance course after each service via our documentation system Designing a safe and child-friendly living environment together with the young person Working hours and operational frameworks Our stationary individual settings are supervised around the clock. Therefore, use in shift services including weekend and night services takes place. A varied and responsible activity awaits you with intensive relationship work and a great educational space. You will be supported by an experienced team, regular case meetings, supervisions as well as professional support through coordination and field management. Framework of cooperation The activity is possible both in permanent employment and on a freelance basis. In the fixed position, use is made within the framework of the service plan. In the case of freelance cooperation, the operations are planned individually and in coordination with the relevant coordination.
