Head of SAP HCM and SAP Authorizations (a*)

You take over the overall responsibility for the technical, economic and strategic management of personal business IT systems with a focus on SAP HCM. Efficient and structured user and authorization management is guaranteed – always in line with internal and external compliance requirements. A team of experienced IT specialists will guide, motivate and develop you on a sustainable basis. You guide complex IT projects in your area of responsibility and ensure professional project management standards. Capacities, budgets and timetables are predictively taxing you for economic resource use. You will also design and develop the system architecture, the roadmap and the IT strategy in your areas of responsibility.

A completed study in the field of business or computer science – or a comparable qualification – forms the basis of your profile, complemented by sound practical SAP experience, especially in the HCM environment. You have several years of professional and leadership experience in application support and project implementation with a focus on SAP HCM. Leading complex IT projects and leading teams belongs to your everyday professional life. You bring a deep understanding of personal economic processes and combine this with strategic vision. Management competency and a distinctly solution-oriented behavior characterize you. Analytical thinking, convincing communication skills, a high degree of sense of responsibility and an empathic personality complete your profile.
