Your tasks: • General office organization and administration at the Halle Saale site • Telephone and email correspondence with customers, suppliers and authorities • Coordination of appointments and management support • Processing of input and output accounts and preparation of accounting • Creation of offers and correspondence by submission

Your qualifications: • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification • professional experience in the office, ideal in construction or crafts • Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Reliability, discretion and organizational skills • Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work
