General responsibility for Consumer Electronics, with special focus on household appliances Representation of interests of member companies towards political, social and economic decision-makers in Germany and Europe - in particular on technical, regulatory and consumer-relevant issues of household appliances and CE industries Increase the visibility of the association and its members through targeted communication and public relations Building, maintaining and expanding a strong stakeholder network (politics, market partners, consumer organisations, media) Active participation of policy frameworks to strengthen the consumer electronics and household appliance industry as an innovation driver of digitalization and sustainability Acquisition of new member companies and support and development of existing members in the Consumer Electronics segment

Complete university studies, ideally in the technical or economic field Professional experience in an association, a political institution or a company - ideally related to household appliances, brown goods or consumer electronics industry detectable experience in networking, stakeholder management and representation Impressive ability to communicate technical and regulatory issues in the household appliance and CE industry in a comprehensible and convincing manner Very good analytical and communicative skills as well as pleasure in team-oriented cooperation High self-initiative, flexibility and readiness to travel German and English language skills in word and writing
