Projecting & technical responsibility & implementation

Technical planning and design of large-scale climate and cold projects, technical drawings Implementation of local visits together with the sales team and support of service technicians during implementation and installation Control and monitoring of construction, assembly and commissioning of complex systems Technical support as back-up in fault service

Leadership, organization & development of the technician team Discipline leadership of service technicians Planning of training and training measures Responsibility for the structured incorporation of new employees Promoting a safe, efficient and quality-oriented work environment Communication and Interface Management Close cooperation with Sales on technical questions and project drafts Ensuring a smooth flow of information between sales, operations and order filling Technical advice from customers and internal teams across all project phases

Qualification Complete technical training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, refrigeration/air conditioning or supply technology, preferably with a further development to the master or state-tested technician (electro or cold) Experience in technical service, project management or technical sales Remarkable: Permission to carry out DGUV V3 tests and experience in the ability of employees Good computer skills (MS Office, ideally ERP/CRM systems desirable) Personal & methodological skills Very good technical understanding and pronounced analysis and problem-solving competence You have first experiences in leading teams or trainees and radiate a natural authority Communication strength, customer orientation and sovereign appearance Enforcement, Responsibility and Organisational Skill High flexibility, resilience and independent, structured operation Pleasure of external services (approx. 10%) and cooperation with different teams Like all of us at Coolworld, you are a team player (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) and look forward to achieving goals together with our team.
