The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

We are looking for a coordinator (m/w/d) as the next possible time for the HR department in Munich

in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.)

Ensuring optimal use and further development of the software solution used in the area of combined service planning and work time recording are your main tasks They act as the main address for regional application supervisors and for the software service provider They work closely with internal IT and ensure the proper operation of the software The support and communication with the key users in the facilities is yours, as well as the clarification and analysis of technical questions to problem solving They ensure continuous monitoring of system performance, early identification of problems and introduction of preventive measures to avoid system failures The organisation and implementation of training for new users and regular training for existing users are part of your task to ensure the optimal handling of the software in the entire association. They create documentation and ensure the continuous development of the application taking into account user requirements and legal requirements

A completed commercial training with professional experience in software support in the HR field or a completed study in the fields of computer science, business informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification Experience in the support of software solutions, ideally in the field of service planning or HR software Knowledge of personnel management and labour law (working time law, collective bargaining law) is advantageous High technical understanding and IT affinity as well as the ability to understand complex technical content Embossed service orientation and communication strength German language skills in word and writing
