Trainee Intensive Care & Restructuring – Focus on Corporate Clients / Property Developers – Private Bank (m/f/d)

Start-up & Development: As a trainee intensive care & refurbishment, you will get a comprehensive insight into the care of demanding loan commitments in the field of construction companies and medium-sized companies and will be guided step-by-step to efficient and risk-oriented credit processing. Refurbishment: You assist in the analysis of our customers' economic documents and in the assessment of credit commitments and help to develop solutions in the context of intensive care and restructuring. Communication: You work closely with internal departments and learn the professional handling of customers and business partners – even in challenging situations. Regulatorik & Processes: You will receive sound insights into regulatory requirements and internal guidelines of a private bank and actively support the further development of efficient processes in the market success. Administrative responsibility: You take over organizational and administrative tasks in the credit department and, together with the team, ensure careful documentation and processing of all processes.

Education: Completed training as a banking businessman or a comparable qualification, alternatively a completed economic studies Practical experience: First experience through internships, student work activities or training in the banking or financial environment Readiness to learn: High interest in building sound knowledge in intensive care and rehabilitation of credit commitments Working method: Analytical, proactive, structured and independent Communication: Excellent communication skills and joy in dealing with customers in reliable German (word and writing) Team spirit: High level of team capacity, self-initiative and sense of responsibility
