Your tasks

Office Management:

· Responsibility for the smooth running of the new headquarters

· Contact person***in for all internal and external guests

· Organization and support of internal events and meetings

· Coordination of service providers, orders and office supplies

· Support in building and developing a modern workplace

Travel organisation (internal travel agency):

· Central contact point for all travel bookings in the team (national & international)

· Search, booking and administration of flights, hotels, transfers etc.

· Creation and maintenance of travel policies and booking templates

· Support for billing in cooperation with Finance

· First experience in office management or event/travel organization desirable
