Senior System Engineer Operational-Service (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for your customers in technical questions, work solution-oriented and thus contribute to a high customer satisfaction. You support your customers with your expertise and experience in the smooth operation of your IT infrastructure. You plan, coordinate and carry out changes, maintenance work as well as smaller projects independently and provide complex IT documentation. You manage modern server, storage, virtualization and backup solutions as well as network and security systems. You analyze disturbances, perform fault analyses, work actively on the disorder and develop sustainable solutions to increase system stability and after a comprehensive incorporation, you take the technical responsibility for defined customer environments. You work independently and at the same time closely with experienced Bechtle IT experts as well as sales, architecture, consulting and project teams. You work with modern monitoring, ticket and automation solutions, support proactive operational support and keep up-to-date with certifications and further training. With your many years of experience in the operation of IT infrastructures, you support your team in solving problems and implementing specific customer requirements.
