IT Support Engineer I (m/w/d)

IT Support Engineers in the Amazon operations teams do not work in the office as usual – rather they take care of the various IT systems that form the heart of our logistics locations. As an IT support engineer, you work at one of our logistics locations together with colleagues, remote support teams and the company to perform essential IT support functions. Key job responsibilities

• Support of local users:inside by installing, support with and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure, end user devices and applications
• Support Ticket Management, First and Second Line Support
• Implementation of proactive maintenance to maximize the availability of all IT equipment
• Implementation of projects and innovations in cooperation with other colleagues in the IT service

QUALIFICATIONS Basic qualifications

• A successfully completed study in the field of computer science or comparable training or proven comparable knowledge
• Experience in the use of hardware and software, including Microsoft Office or Windows, in an IT role
• Experience with work in IT support or IT Asset Management and Purchase
• experience in communication with different stakeholders, including colleagues and executives
• B1+ German knowledge in word and writing
• Valid driving licence PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications
• Completion in computer science or another technical field
• Network infrastructure experience
• Experience in improving existing processes and processes
• Experience in creating clear, precise documentation
• B2+ English knowledge in word and writing
