Creation and settlement of monthly payrolls Care and management of personnel master files Processing of employees' entry and exits Calculation and deduction of taxes and social security contributions Communication with financial offices, health insurance companies and other authorities Creation of certificates and notifications for social security institutions Support in the processing of employees' requests for tax and social insurance issues Support for the annual audit and economic evaluations Monitoring and compliance with statutory requirements in pay tax and social security law

Completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in the field of wage and salary accounting multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting Safe handling of common wage accounting programs, working experience with DATEV Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Experience with collective agreements and agreements Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Discretion and reliability Working experience with DATEV
