You are critically responsible for the development and implementation of a DevSecOps strategy tailored to the needs of our products and the requirements of the market. The identification, evaluation and integration of DevSecOps solutions (CI/CD pipelines, security scanners, automation tools, etc.) taking into account the current market performance and the state of technical development is one of your main tasks. You are responsible for the targeted communication with all stakeholders about the benefits of DevSecOps practices and also inspire our teams to introduce new tools and processes. You build a DevSecOps ecosystem within our organization and promote our knowledge sharing. In addition, you build a network with all relevant stakeholders at different levels of our organization and constantly care about it.
You bring a completed study of computer science or comparable qualification with long-term professional experience in the comparable field. You can demonstrate profound experience in DevSecOps and a deep understanding of relevant technologies and processes. You have a broad knowledge of market-oriented DevSecOps solutions and their integration into existing development environments A strong and convincing communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others are all yours. You have profound experience in the moderation of workshops and the implementation of training. Your strong communication strength empowers you to explain complex facts intelligible. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
