Deputy Head of Nursing Day Care (m/f/d)

As an assistant nursing service manager, you support the nursing service management in the professional, organizational and economic management of the site. Together, You ensure a high quality of care, structured processes and a value-adding team together in the team. As Assistant Care Service (m/w/d), you support the Care Service Management in the day-to-day operating business and take responsibility for the professional quality, organisation and further development of the site. You are a contact person for employees, guests and relatives and contribute to a positive atmosphere in our day care. Leadership & Representation: Support and representation of nursing services in the professional and organizational management of the site. Quality assurance: support in implementing legal requirements, internal standards and quality assurance measures. Teamwork: guidance, support and support of employees in everyday work. Documentation: Creation and verification of care documentation including SIS and action planning. Communication: Ensuring a smooth flow of information between team, care service management and other stakeholders.

Your profile: Qualification: Completed training as a nurse. Professional experience: At least five years of professional experience in nursing. Experience in day care is desirable. Working method: Structured, independent and team-oriented. Communication: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level). Personality: Empathic appearance, critique, sense of responsibility and the willingness to actively support the team.

Framework conditions: Place of use: Hahne Tagespflege | Hannover-List Hours: full-time or part-time with 30 to 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Working hours: Monday to Friday during the opening hours of day care. Weekend services: Free. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is € 4,663,20.
