Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

They lead obercively, in trial leadership together with approbated psychotherapists: inside and the lines of the nursing and education service two stations: a daily clinic and a mixed acute and eective station for young people. The guidance and supervision of our dedicated team of assistants: inside the entire treatment chain is your responsibility as well as the management of business and our multi-professional team meetings. You are interested in guiding and individualized, patient- and family-oriented, open and creative approaches to treatment, but are constantly involved in further development. The background services in call willingness to communicate in a fair arrangement with a motivated team from Oberärzt:inside and together with colleagues in the management team, you will design the image of our clinic inward and outward through individual training units and network tasks.

Your qualifications:

They are a specialist in child and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy and bring clinical experience as well as enthusiasm for part/stationary work. They are inspiring for the child- and youth-psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of children and adolescents as well as the involvement of their families in a dedicated, multi-professional team. They bring a high motivation and professional competence for the design and further development of open, guidance-oriented and yet individualized station and therapy concepts. The interdisciplinary work in the common areas of cooperation of a children's and youth psychiatry, such as the Youth Office, youth assistance etc., is an enrichment and is interested in solution-oriented approaches to cooperation.
