Together with your mentor, you build a close relationship with one of our key accounts and develop a deep understanding of its business model, products, requirements and market environment You actively support key account management in the development and support of existing large customers and in the development of strategic partnerships You accompany experienced colleagues in preparing and implementing annual discussions and strategic coordination with the Key Account You are intensively dealing with existing framework agreements, analyzes optimization potentials and anticipate their further development You take part in customer meetings, workshops and voting and prepare these independently You support the creation of offers, presentations and contract documents as well as the follow-up of contract terms and extensions You will gain insights into compliance and risk issues, in particular with regard to regulatory requirements and cooperation with business partners You accompany internal coordination with adjacent areas such as credit check, law and operations for the holistic support of the key account You participate in the processing of special cases such as payment disorders or restructurings and get to know corresponding processes You prepare negotiations on terms and contractual content and gain first experience in supporting strategic negotiation situations You are actively working on the interfaces for projects and alerts

You have a completed commercial training preferably from the financial sector You could already gain first internship or professional experience in sales You are passionate about customer support and enjoy taking responsibility and moving forward as a model You bring sales strength - including commitment, enthusiasm, self-motivation, target orientation and organizational talent You are characterized by a high service and service orientation as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting You have strong communication, presentation and enforcement capabilities as well as negotiation skills You work structured and quality-oriented Travel readiness is available You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You convince by commitment, a high degree of self-employment, team skills and flexibility as well as secure IT skills
