Sustainability Coordination, implementation and support in project-specific sustainability requirements (certifications, concepts, etc.) Initiate and implement own sustainability measures/projects (e.g. measures on construction sites, eco balance sheet) Strengthen awareness and secure a smooth flow of information within the Directorate collaborate across internal sustainability networks IMS, Energy & Environmental Management Monitoring and continuous improvement of the integrated management system (IMS) in quality, energy and environment within the Directorate Conduct internal audits and continuously optimize processes Maintaining energy management system, raising key figures and driving efficiency measures Developing environmental management system, monitoring regulations, implementing green strategies Prepare and moderate external certification audits Create annual reports on management systems together with the management board

Completed scientific university studies in environmental/construction engineering or comparable qualification Very good German knowledge necessary Enthusiasm for sustainability topics Ideally professional experience in the described task field Knowledge of current certification systems or the willingness to work independently Self-working and strong sense of responsibility Willingness to further develop in these management systems (e.g. energy/quality management specialist:r) Moderate travel readiness
