Complete training as a foreign language secretary, as a merchant for office management or comparable training Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Professional experience in a comparable position is advantageous, ideally in an international research institution Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Pleasure of organisational tasks and dealing with people of different nationalities Team and communication skills High level of flexibility and durability, even in challenging times An always safe, friendly and professional appearance

The body is limited to two years and a period of grace is sought. If the objective and subjective grouping requirements are fulfilled, the grouping up to EG 8 TVöD (Bund) is possible.
