Your tasks: Accompanying and promoting children, young people and young adults in everyday pedagogical life under the leitmotif of the overall institution “Gemeinsam Wegewegen...” Takeover of mentorships Ensuring and implementing the educational plannership with the helpers (children, young people, young adults and parents) according to the job description Implementation of the coordinated educational measures and documentation of pedagogical work (day documentation and development reports) Preparation, implementation and follow-up of specialist, help plan and parental talks Co-responsibility in service planning Active participation of regular team meetings

We are looking for an employee, who has as much experience as possible in youth assistance and is looking for a new technical challenge which has as far as possible an additional qualification in trauma pedagogy, systemic approach or the like and wants to apply his/her methodological knowledge or develop intensively which is self-confident, humorous, temporally flexible, powerful, resilient and resource-oriented the fun has at the everyday support, leisure design and at the tasks as mentor/ mentor for boys which brings with it a high reflectivity and readiness to reflect who wants to work in a competent team who has a Christian value orientation the driving licence class B
