Werkstudent (m/w/i) Projektmanagement Participation in expanding and developing our employer branding Care and further development of our career side (e.g. to inform exhibition dates) Design and coordination of print media (e.g. flyers, brochures and exhibition documents with InDesign) Creation and revision of online job advertisements Development of social media content (text, image, possibly video) for recruiting and employer branding purposes

Current studies in the field of human resources, economic psychology, communication sciences or comparable Interest in personal marketing, employer branding and modern staff work Creativity and a good sense of language, design and audience Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of social media, CMS or graphics/video tools (WordPress, Adobe InDesign, CapCut) of advantage Experience with digital media and AI desirable Self-employed, structured working and team skills Customer friendliness, enforcement and open communication Very good English skills in word and writing
