Internal and external interfaces are available as competent contact person for settlement cases in the termination stock as well as insolvency processing. Check and analyse customer records with regard to case-closing processing including receivability. Decide independently about seizure, best possible recovery and the further process of collection taking into account legal and economic conditions. Guide the seizure and recovery as well as appropriate measures for the implementation of claims and accompany their implementation. Deal with customers, lawyers, insolvency administrators, guarantors and evaluators to minimize risks and achieve sustainable solutions. Examine telephone inquiries and process demanding written correspondence with lawyers, courts and other parties involved in the insolvency and debt collection field.

You have completed a commercial or economic education and have gained well-founded experience in debt collection, credit or receivable management – ideally in the leasing, financing or debt collection area. You bring experience in the assessment and processing of risk commitments. Ideally, you have knowledge of civil, commercial or insolvency law in the financial environment. You have a pronounced analytical mindset, work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging situations. You convince with high communication and negotiation skills as well as decision-making and willingness to take responsibility and make informed decisions to develop viable solutions and successfully represent economic interests. You have analytical and process competence and implement decisions made securely and effectively.
