Project Manager Electrical Engineering & Building Services (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the planning, control and coordination of electrotechnical projects within new construction, reconstruction and modernization measures Control and coordination of external engineering and technical planning offices in the performance phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI Ensuring compliance with technical, energy and legal requirements during the planning and implementation phase Development and optimization of technical concepts, standards and processes in the field of technical building equipment Examination and approval of performance directories and technical planning documents Monitoring of cost, appointment and quality objectives within the supervised projects Development of sustainable and economic solutions for the technical equipment of residential, office and commercial properties Advising internal stakeholders on technical issues and investment decisions Interface management between the participating departments, planners and project partners Support in the long-term technical development of the real estate stock

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in planning, project management or realization of electrotechnical projects Knowledge of the performance phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI Experience in the field of new construction, modernization or renovation of existing properties Secure understanding of cost, appointment and quality management Knowledge of current technical and energy standards Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Outstanding sense of responsibility, self-initiative and enforcement Entrepreneurial thinking and high quality standards
