Your area of responsibility is the application processing of asset management contracts. This includes a variety of exciting and versatile tasks in the mix of administrative activities (focus) and customer support. Below you will get a first insight: You are a contact person:in for our customers (financial advisors:inside Germany) and supports them with questions and challenges related to the handling of the deposit banks

You check and collect incoming requests and service orders

You're posing our customer master files in the system

You're working back runners and tuning up with our customers during reworking

You make sure that the opened depots are captured correctly in our system

You are introducing yourself to the further development of our 360° financial platform ''finfire'

With your specialist knowledge, you support your colleague on topics for handling applications and service orders
