Specialist Accounting: Accounting of payment inputs and outputs including clarification processing Collection of monthly customer credits Support of the Mahnwesen Invoicing of further charges to customers and subsidiaries Maintenance of customer master data Account management and balance adjustment Assistant Chief Financial Officer: Creation of management presentations in German and English coordination and administrative support of the Financial Board Research activities Date and travel coordination

successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of accounting first practical experience in accounting and/or management assistance good MS Office identifiers, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word Knowledge of ERP (IFS) and electronic accounting (Doxis4 webCube) very good English knowledge structured and reliable operation Communication strength and team capacity
